AI Agent Systems Built for Your Business
Every package is designed, built, and deployed custom. No templates. No cookie-cutter bots. Real AI agents that understand your operations and work autonomously.
Here's why that matters: you can go buy a SaaS chatbot tool right now for $49/month. It'll sit in the corner of your website, answer three questions wrong, and make your business look like it's run by a script from 2019. What I build is fundamentally different. These are autonomous agents that actually understand your business — your processes, your tone, your workflows, your customers. They don't just respond to prompts. They take initiative, coordinate with each other, and execute real tasks without you having to babysit them. Think of it less like “installing software” and more like “hiring a team that never sleeps, never calls in sick, and costs a fraction of what a single full-time employee would run you.”

Real Talk
What You're Actually Getting
Let me be straight with you because there's a lot of confusion out there about what “AI agents” actually means. Most people hear “AI” and they picture a chatbot — one of those annoying little pop-ups on a website that says “How can I help you today?” and then proceeds to not help you at all. That's not what I build. Not even close.
An AI agent is an autonomous system that can actually think, plan, and execute tasks on its own. It has a defined personality, a set of skills, access to your tools, and the ability to make decisions. It's the difference between a calculator and an accountant. A chatbot sits there and waits for you to ask it something. An agent wakes up at 6 AM, checks your analytics, writes a report, flags anything that looks off, sends it to your Telegram, and then moves on to the next task on its list — all before you've had your first cup of coffee.
Here's what that looks like in practice. Say you get the Department Build. I don't just hand you three chatbot windows. I build you a department head agent that coordinates two or three specialist agents underneath it. The department head understands the big picture — your goals, your priorities, your deadlines. The specialists handle the execution. One might manage your email outreach. Another might handle content research. A third might monitor your ad performance and flag anomalies. They talk to each other. They delegate. They escalate to you only when a human decision is actually needed.
And the AI Workforce package? That's an entire organizational hierarchy. A virtual COO managing department heads who manage specialists. 8 to 18 agents, each with its own personality, its own skill set, its own area of responsibility. Running cron jobs, filing reports, making decisions, coordinating across departments. It's not science fiction. I've already built these systems. They're running right now, in production, for real businesses. The infrastructure exists. The question is just whether you want to keep paying humans $60,000 a year to do work that an AI agent can do for a few hundred bucks a month.
Ongoing Support
Monthly Retainer
Keep your AI workforce sharp with ongoing optimization and new capabilities.
Here's the thing most people don't realize about AI agents: they're not a “set it and forget it” situation. I mean, they'll keep running just fine without me — you own the system, it's on your infrastructure. But production AI systems get better over time when someone is actively tuning them. New LLM models drop every few months that can make your agents faster and smarter. Your business evolves, so your agents should evolve with it. Maybe you need a new skill added, or a workflow tweaked, or an entirely new agent spun up because you just launched a new product line.
The retainer means I'm in your corner. You get a monthly strategy call where we look at what's working, what's not, and what's next. I monitor your agents, optimize their performance, and handle anything that comes up — so you can focus on running your business instead of babysitting AI.
- Ongoing agent optimization
- New agents and skills as needed
- Priority support
- Monthly strategy call
- Agent monitoring and maintenance

No BS
The Honest Truth About AI Agents
I'm going to tell you something that most people selling AI services won't: AI agents are not magic. They're not going to replace your entire team overnight. They're not going to turn a bad business into a good one. If your operations are a mess, AI agents will just automate the mess faster. That's why every project starts with me auditing your workflows — because I need to understand what actually works before I build systems to scale it.
Here's what AI agents are genuinely great at: repetitive, high-volume work that follows patterns. Research, data analysis, report generation, email outreach, content drafting, scheduling, monitoring, triaging support tickets — anything where the process can be defined and the output can be measured. They're also great at working 24/7 without complaining, which is a nice bonus. Where they struggle is anything that requires genuine human judgment, empathy, or creative leaps that don't follow from existing data. Closing a high-ticket sale over dinner? That's still you. Navigating a sensitive HR situation? Definitely still you.
I also want to address the elephant in the room: LLMs (the language models that power these agents) can hallucinate. They can make stuff up with absolute confidence. That's a real limitation, and I'd be lying if I told you it never happens. What I do about it is build guardrails — validation layers, approval workflows, confidence thresholds, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints for high-stakes decisions. The goal isn't perfection. The goal is a system that's right 95% of the time and smart enough to ask for help the other 5%.
If you're skeptical, good. You should be. There's a lot of hype in this space and a lot of people selling vaporware. What I'd suggest is simple: start with a Solo Agent. It's $750. You'll see exactly what an AI agent can do for your specific business within a week. If it doesn't blow your mind, you're out less than the cost of one month of a part-time VA. But if it does — and for most people it does — you'll understand very quickly why this is the biggest leverage opportunity for small businesses since the internet.
